Adamczyk Delivers 2-0 Win
|
Cincinnati got an elite performance from starting pitcher Josh Adamczyk in securing a 2-0 decision over the Baltimore Kings. Antonio Ramires, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 9th save. Cincinnati is 4th in the Eastern Conference Willis Briceno Division with a record of 38-44.
Adamczyk was in the zone, shutting down Baltimore hitters over 8 innings. Adamczyk, who threw 92 pitches, allowed no runs on 3 hits. He also tallied 3 punchouts.
"The object of the game is to score more runs than they do," said Adamczyk. "Mission accomplished."
