New York got a decent performance from pitcher Matt Pontius, but it wasn't enough to beat the Baltimore Kings. Baltimore won the AT&T Park contest, 6-4. Pontius threw 5.1 innings allowing 3 runs for the losing team. Picking up his 1st save was 25-year old left-handed pitcher Raudelin Proenza. Baltimore, with the win, is 6-3.

Baltimore took advantage of an error in the bottom of the sixth inning. The game was tied, 4-4, when David Maitland hit a 2-run double that was misplayed. It put the Kings in front, 6-4.

"You need to show up when your number's called," said Maitland.
