The Portland Dragons defeated the Denver Glaciers, 9-8, at Mountain Dew Park. Du Kau produced 2 singles and 1 double, while scoring 1 run and driving in 3. The Dragons now own a record of 40-41.

Alex Guilzar came through with a big-time hit for Portland. The first baseman smacked a solo home run in the top of the ninth inning to give his team the lead, 9-8. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"I'm just looking to see the ball, hit the ball," said Kau.
