Juggernauts Get Past Philadelphia for 3-2 Win
|
Toronto turned a good effort from starter Fisko Loera into a win over the Philadelphia Spectres at Molson Park. The final score was 3-2. The defeat makes Philadelphia 46-33.
Toronto took a 3-2 lead on Jon Kaczmarek's 30th double of the season. The 2-run double, which Kaczmarek hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Philadelphia pitcher Scott Franczak visibly frustrated.
"It's always a heck of a lot easier to get to sleep after a win," Kaczmarek told the Toronto Daily News. "I know I'll rest easy tonight."
