The Denver Glaciers topped the Seattle Arrows, 6-2, in Western Conference action at Mountain Dew Park. The standout performance belonged to Denver pitcher and Mexico City, Mexico, native Edwin Munoz. The winner was Munoz. He threw 6.2 innings allowing 1 run. The loser was Mark Kubina. Denver, at 39-39, occupies second place in the Western Conference John Sexton Division.
Chris Eighmy, who is tied for 6th in the WC with a .943 OPS, helped out the Denver cause in the bottom of the third inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the first baseman went 1 for 3 with a walk.
