The Philadelphia Spectres soundly defeated the Toronto Juggernauts, 12-2, at Sony Field at Philadelphia. Alderaan Pike, who leads the EC in extra base hits with 44, let his bat do the talking. He went 4 for 5 with a home run and 3 singles, while scoring 3 times and driving in 4 for Philadelphia. Savino Dore got credit for the win, improving to 8-5. He allowed 1 run on 7 hits in 6 innings. The second-place Spectres now have a record of 36-40.
Lucas Pamatz, who is tied for 10th in the EC with a .938 OPS, chipped in a 2-run home run for Philadelphia in the bottom of the second. For the game, the right fielder had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 3 runs scored, and 2 RBI.
