Echartea Pops Two Homers in 11-5 Win for Boston
Greens catcher Willie Echartea left his imprint on his team's 11-5 win over the Philadelphia Spectres. Echartea hit 2 home runs, while adding 6 RBI and scoring twice for Boston in the contest. Jorge Zamora picked up the win in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Steve Jennifer suffered the loss. The 4th-place Greens go to 34-42.

The game turned with one out in the top of the fourth. That's when Echartea hit a grand slam home run off Jeong Lee. It propelled the Greens into the lead, 4-0.
