Glaciers Get Clonked by Dragons, 4-3
The Denver Glaciers could not turn a fine performance from first baseman Ko Kuroda into a win. Instead, the Portland Dragons prevailed, 4-3. Kuroda was 2-3 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Portland is off to a hot start at 6-2.

Portland used a well-timed hit by Alex Milicia to capture the win. The right fielder socked a run-scoring double in the top of the sixth inning to put the Dragons ahead, 4-3. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"Winning is always a team effort," Milicia said after the game.
