Getting an impressive start from John Parseghian, Denver beat Seattle by the score of 4-2. Denver is now 37-39, while Seattle is 29-47.
Denver took a 4-2 lead on Kamaluhaiakapu Kahakuokahale's 15th home run of the season. The 2-run home run came off Seattle pitcher Maurice Grimes in the bottom of the seventh.
"This level of focus will win us a lot of ballgames," Parseghian said after the game.
