Arrows Get Thrilling 4-3 Win
|
The Seattle Arrows faced a tough opponent in Miami pitcher Anton Rochambeau, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Kroger Stadium by a final score of 4-3. Rochambeau went 6.2 innings and allowed 1 run. Miami drops to 4-3.
Who knows how it would've ended, had it not been for Chris DeGrasse? The 26-year old left fielder DeGrasse stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the 11th inning to put Seattle up, 4-3. For the game, he was 2 for 5, including 1 double and 1 single.
"You get some opportunities, you better take advantage of them," said Miami manager Chris Stephan.
