A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Montreal Harfangs and Boston Greens.

Montreal took on Boston in a contest which featured a pitchers' duel. Marcos Sordia, in particular, was fantastic. The Montreal right-hander helped his team snag the win, 3-0. Omar Soto earned the save for Montreal, his 2nd.

Sordia earned the win, going 7 strong innings for Montreal. The right-hander allowed just 3 hits, while striking out 8. Boston hitters had little success against him.

"I tell our guys all the time, 'Every pitch is the right pitch if you put it in the right place, you believe in it and have conviction,'" Montreal manager Brendan Henry said.

Montreal is now 36-35, Boston 28-43.
