Friars Earn Late 11-10 Win
The San Francisco Friars outlasted Scott Flynn and the Las Vegas Aces, 11-10. Flynn was impressive in the loss. The Las Vegas third baseman was 4-5 with 4 singles and a walk. He scored 3 runs. The win makes San Francisco 40-29.

San Francisco used the timely hitting of Riley Cooke to seize the win. The third baseman stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Friars on top, 11-10. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"What a game," said Cooke. "We needed every last run."
