The Las Vegas Aces picked up a win at Western Coliseum, topping the Chicago Phantoms, 5-1. On the mound for Las Vegas was left-hander Salomé Sieuve. He played a principal role in the triumph. Sieuve yielded 1 run over 6.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 5 hits, walked 3, and struck out 4. His record improves to 5-3. Dave Fife collected his 1st save.

The Aces got a big at-bat from center fielder Kadri Dhamo. For the game, Dhamo went 1-4 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the fifth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 3rd home run of the season gave Las Vegas a 3-1 lead.

"Salomé did a heck of a job," said Las Vegas manager Justin Coroian.

Las Vegas's record now stands at 32-37, placing them third in the Western Conference Felipe Solorzo Division.
