EC Awards Best Batter Prize to Cobo Monday, September 14th , 2082 It was an extraordinary week for Zahi Cobo of the New York Titans. First he goes on a hot hitting streak, batting .588, then he is voted the Player of the Week in the Eastern Conference. Last week Cobo went 10-for-17, racked up 1 home run and 3 RBIs and scored 6 runs. It was a heck of a week for the New York right fielder. Looking at his season stats, Cobo has compiled a .339 batting average and a .422 on-base percentage, while hitting 26 home runs and driving in 86 runs. |
