Kodiaks Sit Atop Western Conference Eddie Izurieta Division Wednesday, September 19th , 2085 The owner of the Alaska Kodiaks has given his club heavy praise after they officially clinched the Western Conference Eddie Izurieta Division title. "It's an extremely talented and motivated group of ballplayers and I'm so pleased to own this franchise," said Larry Gallegos. "You'd have a hard time trying to find a better group of guys." The division title is the 21st for the franchise. "We appreciate Larry Gallegos for his kind words and the support he gives us," said third baseman Alderaan Pike. "We want to pay him back by bringing the title to Alaska." |
