Alberto Rosario Out for Season Tuesday, March 13th , 2085 The doctors have spoken and Alberto Rosario of the Portland Dragons didn't like what he heard. The 27-year-old starting pitcher is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Rosario sustained his season-ending injury during the San Francisco Friars game yesterday at Spring Ballpark. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Portland medical staff reported Rosario had a torn labrum and would be absent from the lineup for at least 8 months. |
