No Playoff Berth Coming for Miami Monday, September 10th , 2085 The Miami Cyclones will have to play out the season without even the faintest glimmer of hope for a late-season playoff push. The club was mathematically eliminated today from postseason contention. Miami last appeared in the postseason in 2081. This is their 4th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 72 times in their 96-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Cyclones have missed the playoffs 7 times. |
