Toros Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Saturday, September 8th , 2085 The Tucson Toros have a new opponent: mathematics. The Toros still have games to play in their disappointing 2085 campaign, but the numbers say they won't mean much -- the Toros were today mathematically eliminated from qualifying for the postseason. Tucson last appeared in the postseason in 2080. This is their 5th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 84 times in their 96-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Toros have made the playoffs 2 times. |
