5-Hit Barrage by Peng Sunday, September 2nd , 2085 Da-xia Peng got the glory and the headlines, but the Santiago Avispas left with the win. The Baltimore right fielder easily handled the Avispas pitching, going 5-for-9, but his Baltimore Kings came out on the short end of the 9-8 score. Peng told BNN reporters in the postgame interview he would happily trade "three or four" of his hits for a win. "Heck, maybe even all of them," he said with a laugh. "Right now, it just seems like one loss in a long season but who knows what it could mean at the end." Da-xia Peng hit a solo-shot off Mario Carrisalez in the 1st, doubled in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, flied out in the 6th, grounded out in the 8th, singled in the 10th, grounded out in the 12th, singled in the 14th and grounded out in the 16th.
