EC Pitcher of the Month Goes to Nie Sunday, August 1st , 2083 No doubt about it! Boston starter Su-shun Nie earned his Eastern Conference Pitcher of the Month award. He made that very clear as he mowed his way through league hitters in July. During the month Nie chalked up a 6-0 record with a 0.42 ERA. The Greens star made 6 starts and surrendered 26 hits in 43.1 innings. He struck out 35 and walked 5. His record for the year is 10-6 in 22 starts and Nie has a 2.34 ERA. |
