Ron Gideon Wins EC Trophy Monday, August 14th , 2084 The Eastern Conference made it official today: Ron Gideon is the Player of the Week. He really glistened on the diamond this week with a .414 average to take home the honor. The Philadelphia right fielder went 12-for-29, drove in 12 runs, scored 8 times and hit 3 home runs. Gideon has collected 125 hits for the Spectres this year, 11 of them home runs. He has also netted 53 RBIs and scored 96 runs while batting .283. |
