Forcelledo Collects Hit Number 2000 Wednesday, June 28th , 2084 The box score from yesterday's game will show that Chicago beat the San Francisco Friars, 7-6. It will also show that second baseman Nala Forcelledo went 4-for-6 for the Phantoms. It will not show, however, that Forcelledo reached the 2000-hit mark for his career. The 34-year-old Forcelledo reflected on the achievement after the game. He mused: "In one respect, it's a real milestone, I guess. Yet, it's just a base hit like any other base hit."
