Sergio Saldivar Out for 4-5 Months Tuesday, May 14th , 2086 When Sergio Saldivar was hurt against the Toronto Juggernauts, the New York Titans were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 27-year-old starting pitcher suffered a torn labrum throwing a pitch in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Saldivar would miss 4-5 months of the season. Looking at his season stats, Saldivar has won 2 and lost 1, collecting 18 strikeouts and 15 walks in 22 innings with a 3.68 ERA. |
