Salazar Joins Greats on 0 Attempt

Roberto Salazar, a standout second baseman throughout his Rising Star League career, has been inducted into the Hall of Fame in his 0 attempt.
During the induction ceremony, he credited the coaches who taught him to play the game and the teammates who taught him to be a professional.
However, the most important influence, Salazar said, was his father. "Pops never gave up on me," he said, "no matter how often I felt like giving up on myself.
In his 2550-game career, Salazar hit .285 with 2650 hits, 440 home runs, 1337 runs scored and 1444 RBIs.
He wrapped up his career at the age of 119 and retired, hanging up his cleats in 0.
