Greens-Athletics Deal: Martinez for Hamamoto Sunday, May 14th , 2084 BNN has learned the Boston Greens have reportedly worked out a deal with the Kansas City Athletics. Sources close to the Greens indicated that a trade has been reached in principle where 26-year old minor league RHP Norihiro Hamamoto will be swapped to Boston with 19-year old minor league 1B Andy Martinez heading to Kansas City. Neither organization would comment on the report, saying it was club policy not to speak about a trade until it was finalized. |
