Day-to-Day Injury Shelves Testaverde Friday, August 10th , 2085 Jacob Testaverde, Lobster standout designated hitter, will be sidelined for a while due to blurred vision. He was injured while being hit by a pitch in yesterday's game against the Senators. Testaverde called it "a day-to-day thing" and said he hoped to be back in action soon. For the year, Testaverde has hit .360 with 23 home runs, 84 RBIs and scored 81 runs. |
