Deal: Tigre for Sauve
Sunday, April 15th , 2085
A trade was announced today at a press conference in Vancouver. Not satisfied with their current roster, the Vancouver Wolves general manager shook things up by acquiring 26-year old LF John Sauve, 26-year old 2B Jake Herman, and 26-year old 2B Travis Glazebrook from the Boston Greens for 31-year old RF Leonilde Tigre, 21-year old RHP Tyler Boyd, and 22-year old LHP Josh Menendez.
"We're a better team now," Wolves general manager Zach Meinen said. "We've added several pieces to the puzzle."
At present, Tigre is batting .233 and has collected no home runs, 2 RBIs, .314 OBP and scored 6 runs.
This season, Sauve has hit 1 home run and posted a .143 batting average.
