Avispas Sit Atop Eastern Conference Paul Pagac Division Saturday, September 25th , 2083 The Santiago Avispas kicked off what they hope is the first of many celebrations tonight, after having clinched the Eastern Conference Paul Pagac Division. Championship success is uncharted territory for the Avispas, as the club has yet to win a League Championship. "We know what it takes, we just have to put ourselves in that position to win it," said starting pitcher Beau Eschmann. The club's record currently sits at 94-61 and the division win is the 5th in team history. Team owner Jonas Salas Jr. said it was "an extremely proud day to be at the head of the Avispas." |
