Right-hander Jimmy Biair mesmerized the Toronto Juggernauts while leading the Philadelphia Spectres to a 2-0 victory. Philadelphia, now 31-35, holds down third place in the Eastern Conference Benito Cossutta Division.

It was an impressive turn from the legendarily hard-working Biair, who tallied 10 strikeouts in 7.1 innings while allowing just 5 hits. Biair, who is tied for 7th in the EC with a 9.2 K/9 rate, goes to 7-5 on the year with 99 strikeouts.

"Jimmy mixed and matched," said Philadelphia manager Ryan Huff.
