Ginjiro Muranaka left his imprint on the 7-5 Toronto win against the Maine Lobster. Muranaka, who finished 3rd in the WC in wins above replacement with 7.1 in 2079, was 2-4 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Toronto reliever Dan May snagged the win, upping his record to 1-0. Rikio Kaneko shouldered the loss. Toronto, at 28-35, holds down 4th place in the Eastern Conference Jossue Lopez Division.

Muranaka had a game-changing home run in the top of the sixth. On a 0-2 fastball from Rikio Kaneko, he banged a solo home run to left-center, giving the Juggernauts a 6-5 lead. It was the 6th home run of the year for Muranaka.

"I just tried to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Muranaka.
