Boosted by the 4-hit performance of Luis Zatarain, the 20th overall pick in the 2074 draft, the Cincinnati Twins defeated the Washington Senators, 16-2. Ruben Escobar earned the win to go to 1-0. Cristovão Alvelo had a big 2-run triple for the Twins in the top of the fifth inning. It was his 2nd triple of the season, and more importantly, it put the Twins ahead, 3-2.
