Avispas Take 2-1 Lead with 4-2 Win
Starter Mario Carrisalez was sensational for the Santiago Avispas in his team's 4-2 triumph over the Las Vegas Aces in Game 3 of the League Championship. Carrisalez pitched well, but Santiago picked up the win to take a 2-1 lead in the series.

Daichi Sakai came through with a big-time hit for Santiago. The center fielder smacked a 2-run home run in the top of the eighth inning to give his team the lead, 4-2. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

Sakai called the win "a team effort."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Western Coliseum in Las Vegas.
