Kings Advance to Conference Championship
The Baltimore Kings didn't hold back their excitement after beating the Maine Lobster in the Divisional Series tonight.

Members of the team rushed onto the field and celebrated joyously when the victory became official, with a 6-4 win moving the club on to the Conference Championship, clinching a 4-2 series win in front of the Ballpark of Portland crowd.

"This isn't the big one, but of course we need to get through this before we can win a League Championship, so it's an important step," said Da-xia Peng as he took a break from celebrating. "Our guys are happy and excited to be moving on."

Peng was named series MVP, as he hit .320 with a .414 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 4 RBI and scored 7 runs.

On the other side of the diamond, there was desolation. Many members of the Lobster sat stone-faced in their dugouts, simply watching Baltimore celebrate.

The Baltimore Kings will play against the Santiago Avispas in the next round. Santiago won their series against the Brooklyn Browns 4 games to 1. The Conference Championship schedule will be announced after the Divisional Series finishes.
