Brian Snavley was a vital contributor to the 6-3 Boston victory over Santiago. The Greens designated hitter hit 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. Orosmani Ottamendi got credit for the win, improving to 1-1. He allowed no runs on 1 hit in 1.2 innings. Picking up his 1st save was 24-year old left-handed pitcher Al Nieves.

Snavley had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the seventh. On a 0-1 sinker from Vaisel Ajete, he banged a 3-run home run to center, giving the Greens a 6-3 lead. It was the 13th home run of the year for Snavley.

"Brian is still learning," said Greens manager Matt Glazer. "The sky's the limit for him."

At 25-30, the Greens find themselves in third place in the Eastern Conference Paul Pagac Division.
