The Santiago Avispas topped the Montreal Harfangs, 7-4, in Eastern Conference action at Estadio Guillermón Moncada. The standout performance belonged to Santiago pitcher and New York, native Beau Eschmann. Ricardo Riveron got the save, the 15th for him this season. The Avispas sit in first place in the Eastern Conference Zach Gavula Division with a record of 40-15.

The fans who filled the stands at Estadio Guillermón Moncada to watch the Eastern Conference action seemed to enjoy the game.

"That was awesome. Really, really impressive, what Beau did," said Santiago manager Jacob Pauly.
