Aces Win Divisional Series
Rising Star League fans were certainly not disappointed with this Western Conference Divisional Series.

The two teams were evenly matched and the series went to the final game, with the Las Vegas Aces prevailing over the Minneapolis Vikings to advance to the Conference Championship.

Las Vegas won the final game by a score of 2-1 at Minneapolis Grounds and that sealed the series 4-3.

"Things were tense in our clubhouse and dugout before and during this game, but we can let loose a bit now -- the hard work is over, for now," said first baseman Tan Tsung, who earned MVP honors.

For the series, Tsung hit .310 with a .355 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, 5 RBI and scored 2 runs.

The Las Vegas Aces will play against the Alaska Kodiaks in the next round. Alaska won their series against the Los Angeles Stars 4 games to 2. The Conference Championship schedule will be announced after the Divisional Series finishes.
