Custodio Stars as Friars Top Aces, 4-3
San Francisco second baseman DeMario Custodio picked up 3 ribbies while helping his team beat back the Las Vegas Aces, 4-3. San Francisco has now won 3 straight, while the Aces have lost 3 in a row.

Had Jose Laza not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and a runner on 2nd, Laza hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 4-3, in favor of the Friars.

Custodio attributed the win to "energy and focus on the part of everyone."
