Metropolitanos Trip Cyclones, 9-3, in Extra Innings
The Havana Metropolitanos topped the Miami Cyclones, 9-3, in 10 innings at Kroger Stadium. The game was highlighted by the performance of Havana pitcher Joyee Cameron. Reliever Luis Casillas picked up the win. His record improves to 3-3. Nestor Fajardo, who is tied for 10th in the EC in saves with 4, took the loss. At 22-31, the Metropolitanos find themselves in last place in the Eastern Conference Jossue Lopez Division.

Havana used the timely hitting of Hyuk Park to seize the win. The right fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the tenth inning to put the Metropolitanos on top, 4-3. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

Said Havana manager Kevin Mayerhofer: "Our approach was outstanding all night long."
