The Buffalo Rangers topped the Miami Cyclones, 11-6, with youngster Rafael Vasco playing a key role. Vasco hit 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice for the Rangers in the win. At 30-22, the Rangers claim second place in the Eastern Conference Benito Cossutta Division.

In the top of the seventh, the Rangers grabbed the lead when Vasco hit his 10th home run of the season. The 3-run home run off Sergej van Anrooij made it 7-5, Buffalo.

"We'll grab a cold beverage tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Vasco said.
