The Minneapolis Vikings racked up a win at Minneapolis Grounds, bumping off the Houston Aquas, 5-3. Vismay Falcon, who started for Minneapolis, pitched effectively for his team. The loss makes Houston 29-25.
Gentaro Arakawa hit a run-scoring double off Hwi-gon Chun in the bottom of the eighth, which put the Vikings in front, 4-3. In addition to the double, Arakawa had 1 single, while going 2 for 4.
