Getting a good performance from second baseman Travis Glazebrook, the Boston Greens defeated the Montreal Harfangs, 9-8. Glazebrook was 2 for 3 with 2 singles and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Greens. The winner was Nestor Duque in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Cursive DeMarco took the loss. Getting the save was Raudel Hernandez, his 1st.

Boston used the timely hitting of Lupe Corona to seize the win. The third baseman stroked a 2-run single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Greens on top, 9-7. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"We just try to have good at-bats, whether we're winning, losing, or tied," said Corona.

With the loss, Montreal drops to 0-5.
