In a close game at Estadio Latinoamericano, the Philadelphia Spectres edged the Havana Metropolitanos, 4-3. Philadelphia shortstop Steve Bedoya stood apart with his performance. He was 3-5 with 3 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. The Spectres go to 67-91, putting them last in the Eastern Conference Jossue Lopez Division.
The game was all tied up in the top of the ninth, until Bedoya delivered big-time for Philadelphia, stroking a dramatic run-scoring single off Avery Slade. The game-changing hit put the Spectres on top, 3-2.
