Rangers Get 7-2 Win Versus Miami
|
Buffalo turned a fine outing from starter Allan Tinter into a victory over the Miami Cyclones at Kroger Stadium. The final score was 7-2. The Rangers win now puts them at 29-21.
Rafael Vasco went 3-5 with 3 singles. He drove in 2 runs for Buffalo. The 23-year old first baseman had a key at-bat in the top of the second. With no one out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, he broke a 0-0 tie with a 2-run single off Jeremy Fitch. It was his 58th hit of the season.
"That was a really good outing by Allan," said Buffalo manager Alex Beckman.
