Juggernauts Use Late Push to Top Metropolitanos

Toronto Juggernauts starter Carl Rodda worked his magic, to help his team defeat the Havana Metropolitanos, 3-1. Rodda yielded 1 run over 7.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 5 hits, walked 2, and struck out 8. His record improves to 11-8. Toronto currently is in second place in the Eastern Conference Jossue Lopez Division at 75-77.
Who knows how it would've ended, had it not been for Armando Blea? The 23-year old center fielder Blea stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the eighth inning to put Toronto up, 2-1. For the game, he was 2 for 5, including 1 double and 1 single.
"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Blea told the Toronto News.
