Greens Lose to Toronto, 4-2
|
The Toronto Juggernauts converted a terrific effort from starter Fisko Loera into a win over the Boston Greens at Arrington Park. The Juggernauts won the game by a final score of 4-2. The last-place Juggernauts lifted their record to 19-29.
Hiromu Murakami, who is tied for 6th in the EC in triples with 2, had a direct impact on the outcome. Murakami contributed a 2-run single in the top of the first inning to put Toronto up, 3-0.
"We're a talented bunch when we're playing well," said Murakami. "I think we showed that here."
