The Las Vegas Aces topped the Chicago Phantoms, 5-3, in Western Conference action at Western Coliseum. The game was highlighted by the performance of Las Vegas pitcher Yolber Ajete. Billy Zaffuto earned the save, his 2nd, for the Aces. With their winning streak at 4, the Aces have raced to a strong start this season.

Las Vegas took control in the bottom of the seventh. With one out and a runner on 2nd, Venceslau Pontes hit a run-scoring single to make it 2-1, Aces.

"Nice to keep our winning streak intact," said Ajete.
