The New York Titans defeated the St. Louis Gaedels, 10-6. Doing his part was right fielder Dave Yerges, who was 2-4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. The win takes New York to 3-2.

Yerges contributed in the bottom of the third. With runners on 1st and 3rd, he hit a run-scoring single. It was one at-bat among others that helped New York get the win.

"We're not really clicking on anything right now," said St. Louis manager Mak Dolnick.
