Matty Hrinko was instrumental in his team's 7-6, extra-inning triumph over the Miami Cyclones. The left fielder went 2-4 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 for the Buffalo Rangers. Nees van Santen claimed the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 1.2 innings. His record stands at 2-0. The loss makes Miami 20-23.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the 11th. With no one out, Hrinko hit a fastball from Matt Pinette for a solo home run. The Rangers, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"It was terrific getting this win," Hrinko said. "We put in a lot of work to do it."
