Kings Fall to Stars, 8-1
Getting an impressive start from Ricky Zika, Los Angeles beat Baltimore by the score of 8-1. Los Angeles has a record of 27-16, placing them first in the Western Conference Najera Division.

Ramão Bizarro had a big 2-run triple for the Stars in the top of the first inning. With Los Angeles leading 1-0 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a fastball from Victor Franco, who is tied for 7th in the EC in wins with 4, and swatted a triple to left-center. It was his 2nd triple of the season, and more importantly, it put the Stars ahead, 3-0.

"What a lackluster performance," lamented losing manager Andrew Schweizer.
