Behind a fine performance from Min-yul Lee, the Phoenix Thunderbirds knocked off the Baltimore Kings in 10 innings, 12-7. Lee went 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2 for the Thunderbirds. The Kings, at 21-23, have lost 4 straight games.

Phoenix used the timely hitting of Vic Sanchez to seize the win. The first baseman stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the tenth inning to put the Thunderbirds on top, 8-7. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
