Brooklyn Browns starter Alberto Vasquez pitched his team past the Havana Metropolitanos in 10 innings, 4-2. Antonio Robles, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2082 draft, was the winner in relief. His record is now 1-0. The losing pitcher was Josh Trejo. Brooklyn bumps their record to 18-23 with the win.

Brooklyn used the timely hitting of Zach Gavula to seize the win. The pinch hitter stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the tenth inning to put the Browns on top, 3-2. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.

"Alberto's not intimidated by who's stepping into the batter's box," said Brooklyn manager Jason Cormier.
