Denver Gets Another L
The Boston Greens beat the Denver Glaciers, 6-3. Boston pitcher and Burlington, North Carolina, native Javy Alejo led the way. The winner was Alejo. He threw 5.0 innings allowing 2 runs. The loser was Huggy Bruce. Denver is still trying to get off the schneid, having lost 6 in a row.

Second Baseman Marcos Serna made an impact for Boston, when he swatted a 2-run double off Huggy Bruce in the top of the third. For the contest, Serna was 1-5 with a double, while adding 2 RBI.

"From the last whatever, five, six, seven games, there's really only one way to go and that's up," said losing manager Todd Bleess.
